Customer Service Representative

Due to continued business growth, Edge is keen to recruit a Customer Service Representative to assist with new business sign-ups at our retail event spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization & an established team within our Marketing events team as a CSR.

Requirements:

As there is no experience necessary for this role all that we ask is that candidates have the following - everything else we can (and will) train!

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customer service representatives, sales associates, and the events team to generate sales leads at our events
  • Providing excellent service to customers
  • Face-to-face customer service and sales presentations at retail event sites
  • Basic customer service, public relations, and promotional marketing conducted at our private site events
  • Customer engagement, qualification, acquisition, and retention
  • Learning and applying new sales and customer service techniques
  • Expanding your comfort zone and making on-the-spot decisions
  • Complete sales transactions as necessary
  • Generate sales leads at our events
  • Assist with the setting up of retail events
  • Stay up to date on our client’s product knowledge through our paid in-house training
  • Maintain updated records of training curricula and material
